SPSOC 2026 is a 5-day event that brings together regional and international experts in Peritoneal Surface Malignancy (PSM). The programme combines a 2-day scientific conference with a 3-day hands-on workshop and PIPAC course, designed for surgeons and oncology professionals involved in the multidisciplinary care of PSM patients.

Conference (9–10 March 2026)
The 3rd SingHealth Peritoneal Surface Oncology Conference will feature plenary lectures, panel discussions and case-based sessions covering:

Gastric, colorectal, gynaecologic, appendiceal, mesothelioma and other rare peritoneal metastases

Evolving standards of care in PSM, including systemic and locoregional therapies such as HIPEC and PIPAC
-
Multidisciplinary decision-making, real-world implementation and service development
Participants can expect updates from an experienced international and local faculty across surgery, medical oncology, pathology, radiology and nursing.

Workshop & PIPAC Course (11–13 March 2026)
The Comprehensive Management of PSM Workshop and PIPAC Course builds on the conference with practical, skills-focused learning. The course will include:

PIPAC dry lab training

Cadaveric hands-on cytoreductive surgery and HIPEC

For full certification and eligibility to perform PIPAC independently, candidates are still required to observe live PIPAC surgeries and/or perform PIPAC procedures under supervision of a qualified proctor.

Communications can be oral/poster presentation. Abstracts must be written in English, and the submitting author is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information (including affiliations and the correct use of English or abbreviations).

Title: The title must be in uppercase and should not exceed 25 words.
Body: The maximum length is 300 words.
Authors: all authors of the communication must be listed.
Abstract, must include the following headings (the maximum length will be 300 words):

• The final line must indicate any funding sources for the work, as well as relevant bibliography, if deemed necessary.

The Department of Sarcoma, Peritoneal and Rare Tumours (SPRinT) at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) comprises a team of surgical oncologists trained in the complex management of peritoneal surface malignancies, in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts from various sub-specialties.
