Please Note

All registration and payment will take up to 4 weeks to be processed. The Secretariat Team will contact you with a confirmation email and receipt of payment. 

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Early bird registration ends on 28 Feb 2024. Your payment must be received by 1st week of March 2024 to qualify for the early bird rates. 

  • All prices stated are in SGD and are inclusive of 9% GST.

 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Registration fees are non-refundable upon payment. If you are unable to attend, a replacement participant is allowed at no extra cost before 1 Feb 2024. Please email the secretariat via division.of.surgical.oncology@nccs.com.sg of your non-attendance and  your replacement’s name.

 

No Show

  • No show may incur a cost of SGD $200 per registrant. 

 

COVID-19 related matters

  • Participants will need to cover for the cost of COVID-19 related tests.

  • Overseas participants are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance which cover COVID-19 related medical expenses during the period they are in Singapore.
